About The Role
The Client is looking to build a dedicated medical team to prioritize the longevity of its Top Executives by ensuring private high-quality and discreet healthcare and wellbeing. Our Client is hiring a Private Nurse to join this dedicated medical team, with a main role involving daily health monitoring, medical care, and international travel support.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Monitoring & Care: Oversee the executive’s vital signs, medication, chronic condition management, and rehabilitation progress.
Diet & Nutrition Support: Ensure the executive’s meal plan aligns with a structured nutritional recovery plan.
Therapy Coordination: Support physiotherapists and medical specialists visiting the executive multiple times a week.
Medical Inventory & Hygiene: Maintain medical supply stock, oversee sanitization procedures, and ensure a sterile home environment.
Health Data Logging: Record daily medical observations and digitize reports at the end of each shift.
Emergency Readiness: Be prepared to respond to urgent medical situations and medical evacuation requirements.
Travel Requirements
Accompany Top executives on overseas trips to the USA, 4 times a year (7-10 days duration) to ensure continuous healthcare.
Private Nurse remains with assigned Top executives throughout the travel duration and will be remunerated Per Diem allowance for overseas travel.
Qualifications & Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, ideally in private, home-care, or corporate healthcare settings.
Experience in general medicine, chronic disease management, ICU, cardiology or urgent critical care.
Government hospital experience is mandatory, with a preference for Senior Staff Nurses)
Chinese proficiency is required as Patient is Chinese speaking only, Bahasa/Malay is advantageous to handover to Patient’s Bahasa/Malay-speaking domestic helpers in-between shifts
Must be comfortable working in a private home environment.
Work Schedule
5-day Workweek, office hours (rostered between 8am - 7.30pm, 44 hours per week).
