Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out indoor and outdoors service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
• Issue customer indoor and outdoors service reports.
• Assemble & disassemble of units.
• Provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.
• Investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
• Ensure workshop area and equipment are clean at all times.
• Work occasionally overseas on adhoc activation basis.
• Work-at-height at some clients' site.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic English language competency (speak, read, write).
