Key Responsibilities

- To operate and maintain surface grinding machines as per project requirements and machine maintenance guidelines.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, tool designs, and CAD/CAM files to execute accurate grinding processes.

- Perform finishing operations on mould inserts, cores, ejector plates, and other tooling components to meet tight tolerances.

- Verify part accuracy using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, CMM where required).

- Work closely with toolmakers, CNC machinists, and polishing technicians to complete tool realisation projects.

- Perform tool modification, refurbishment, and corrective grinding as per engineering changes or quality requirements.

- Maintain equipment, grinding wheels, and workstations in good working order.

- To perform meticulous checks on workpiece steel dimensions.

- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, ISO certifications, and safety procedures.

- Responsible for work planning and scheduling as per project timeline to achieve KPI.

Requirements:

· ‘N’ level certificate.

· Have at least 3-5 years of experience.

· Able to read and understand 2D drawings.

· Good interpersonal communication abilities.

· Meticulous with good attention to details.
