Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regular customer accounts
• Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries
• Attend to customer enquiries , Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order
• Persuade clients with grace and deep comprehension of our house brand products
• Respond to and handle customer details and phone call
• Proficiency includes knowledge of office software and online resources, as well as fundamental computer operations and internet usage
• Sales and business development
• Promote and sell company products to new customer
• Understand customers needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Market research and analysis
• Sales targets, KPI (with commision) and reporting to the company
• Customer service and support

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level & above or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication skills & task driven
• Willing to learn
• Details-oriented
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
• Knowledge of additional languages can be an advantage
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30)
• Saturday (08.30 - 13.00)
