Job Description

• Communicate and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the requirements

• Structure complex information into an organized and logical format

• Convey complicated ideas into simple instructions for international users

• Apply topic-based authoring and content architecture techniques to produce easy–to-use manuals

• Manage and use budgeted time and resources to produce expected results without delays
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Computing (Software Engineering), Computer Science

• Diploma holders with relevant technical writing work experience will also be considered.

• At least 3 years’ experience in writing technical documents or manuals for software or related products.

• Experience in authoring and publishing content for external customers.

• Experience in using more than one of the following tools:

• Adobe Acrobat

• XML authoring tools, including but not limited to Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML and XMetaL Author

• Enterprise

• JIRA

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Visio)

• Experience in using a content management system
