Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional HQs and sales teams to develop opportunities and drive global order intake for AI-enabled AOM (Asset Optimization Management) solutions.

• To understand client challenges across operations, maintenance, and asset performance, tailor AI-driven solutions to meet their needs.

• Lead or support solution demonstrations, articulating business value through data-driven storytelling and technical depth.

• Build trusted relationships with both technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Stay updated on AI trends in Industry 4.0, bringing innovation into client engagements and internal capability development.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in AI, data science, digital transformation, or industrial automation.

• Solid knowledge of industrial environments (oil & gas, mining, utilities) and experience with digital transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications such as predictive maintenance, real-time optimization, digital twins, or anomaly detection.

• Familiarity with platforms like ERP, MES, EAM/CMMS, APM, SCADA, and IoT ecosystems.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of edge computing, agentic AI, and time-series data
