MHS Senior/Staff Engineers are responsible for development of efficient, automatic handling systems for customer’s lead frames, substrates, other type of carriers and magazines of different shapes and dimensions, which allow:
Operators or robotic systems to load and unload magazines/cassettes into/from bonders.
Substrates and carriers to be injected into work holder at appropriate time to heat them as needed by bonding process.
To clamp the material with right amount of force and in accurate position for bonding and to eject the material safely without any damage.
Responsibilities:
Define system and subsystem requirements and features for new material handling solutions.
Design and develop new MHS systems and enhance existing designs using CAD and analytical tools (NX preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with cost and performance targets.
Lead and coordinate engineering activities to meet program milestones and deliverables.
Establish success criteria and develop validation and qualification plans for systems and subsystems.
