About The Role
As the Creative Strategy Director, you will lead the organisation’s strategic and creative evolution — shaping influence‑driven ideas, guiding cross‑functional teams, and elevating the company’s creative thinking. You will play a central role in developing culturally attuned strategies, crafting compelling narratives, and driving integrated campaigns where creators and communities sit at the heart of every concept.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the creative strategy function, setting frameworks that guide campaign thinking across teams.
Translate audience insights, cultural trends, and brand objectives into influence‑led creative concepts and integrated campaign narratives.
Partner closely with business development, account management, and creator‑facing teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive storytelling.
Craft compelling decks, narratives, and presentations that elevate pitch quality and improve win rates.
Stay ahead of social, cultural, and digital trends to ensure ideas remain relevant, timely, and resonant.
Mentor teams to strengthen their strategic thinking, creative articulation, and storytelling abilities.
Contribute to the organization's external reputation by championing influence‑driven creativity and cultural insight.
Experience Required:
8–15 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.
Experience in social‑first, digital‑led, or hybrid creative environments.
Proven track record of campaigns where creators or communities shaped the core idea.
Strong storytelling, deck‑crafting, and client‑facing presentation skills.
Ability to bridge strategy, creativity, and cultural insight in a cohesive way.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and guiding creative development.
Strong understanding of social platforms, digital behavior, and cultural trends.
Education/Qualification
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Additional certifications or training in insurance or sales will be a plus.
