Job Outline:

To carry out mould setting, troubleshooting of moulding defects, provide technical support and machine maintenance within the moulding department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot moulding defects

  • Maintain good housekeeping

  • Maintenance of moulds

  • Conduct On-The-Job training for trainee technicians

  • Improves production efficiency and prevents breakdown

  • Co-ordinate with QA to ensure quality requirements are met


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in similar capacity (preferably in plastic injection moulding)

  • Machine and moulding troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
