Author intuitive work instructions to communicate to assemblers how to build product.

Review manufacturing documents and system accuracy prior to production release.

Utilize Infor ERP software to edit build of manufacturing (BOM).

Complete thorough inspection of engineering drawing accuracy. Including assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and manufacturing notes.

Submit engineering change notices for erroneous BOMs and engineering documents.

Coordinate with assemblers and department leads to identify correct material and routing.

Set and maintain standard time, make spans for production efficiency and assist planners in scheduling jobs accurately, including earned hours validation

Coordinate with engineers to address outstanding EHD/EDA related to BOM accuracy, materials issues and etc.

Lead and coordinate prototype builds by engaging cross-functional teams including Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Testing, QA, and EHS to ensure the prototype is successfully assembled and tested to the design requirements.

Effectively communicates information with cross-functional teams regarding product design, quality, manufacturability and safety topics.

Support production on productivity improvement, cost reduction and other continuous improvement projects from time to time

Improve manufacturing efficiency through guaranteed document accuracy.

Enable Right First-Time manufacturing.

Maintain expert knowledge of the production processes throughout the factory floor.

Develop and sustain a working familiarity of materials used in the assembly of various product families.
