About Us
We are a growing electroplating and plating of metal product factory based in Singapore, supplying specialty plated metal products to local industries. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth office management.

Job Summary

You will support daily office operations by managing documents, assisting procurement and logistics, and communicating with clients and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage filing, data entry, and document organization to maintain accurate office records

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders to support procurement activities

• Coordinate with suppliers to track orders and maintain inventory records

• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to provide clear information on delivery schedules

• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers in Mandarin and Chinese to facilitate smooth transactions

• Prepare and maintain safety and compliance reports required by regulatory authorities

• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with transport providers to ensure timely shipments

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) to complete administrative tasks

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members

• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a small team environment
