Renowned for its premium brands and innovation-led approach, the group designs, manufactures, and distributes commercial and consumer fitness equipment trusted by health clubs, hospitality operators, corporates, and home users worldwide.
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Consultant to join our team in the fitness and gym equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across commercial clients such as fitness centers, gyms, corporate wellness programs, hotels, sports facilities, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial fitness and gym equipment space.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective B2B clients.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, cold outreach, proposal, negotiation, to closing deals.
Market Intelligence: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking using CRM software.
Post-Sales Support: Work with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
Trade Shows & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand client base.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment sectors.
Strong understanding of gym and fitness equipment, and commercial purchasing cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in sports science or gym management is a plus.
Familiarity with procurement processes in institutions, hospitality, or government sectors.
Experience working with interior designers, consultants, or facility managers.
