The Talent People is proud to partner with JSIT-PE, a government initiative aimed at strengthening Singapore’s Precision Engineering sector by addressing manpower challenges and fostering industry growth.

Product Strategy & Digital Roadmap

• Define product vision and roadmap for digital and AI solutions tailored to process industry needs

• Identify high-value use cases involving predictive analytics, digital twins, optimization, workflow automation, and LLM-based operator assistance

• Evaluate emerging technologies and data models(e.g., ML/AI, IIoT, cloud/edge, contextualized data) for applicability to customer problems

Industry Use Cases & AI Solutioning

• Understand pain points in operations, reliability, safety, energy, and workforce workflows

• Map workflows from OT to IT layers and integrate with automation, MES, data platforms, and enterprise systems

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement   

• Support sales and BD teams during customer engagements, RFP/RFI responses, demos, value pitching, and solution workshops

• Articulate digital value propositions and ROI to both technical and business stakeholders      

• Gather customer requirements and translate to product specs and roadmap priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineers, data scientists, software architects, and delivery teams to align capabilities with market needs 

• Collaborate with GTM, commercial, and marketing teams for pricing, packaging, and product positioning     

• Support pilot projects and proof-of-value engagements

Implementation & Lifecycle Feedback

• Participate in PoC, pilot, and early rollout phases to validate workflows and performance

• Collect customer and delivery feedback to inform continuous enhancements

• Ensure AI model reliability, usability, and explainability considerations are incorporated into product evolution

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial, Mechanical), Computer Science, Data/AI, or similar

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, solution consulting, digital transformation, OT/IT integration, or pre-sales roles.

• Experience in process industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharma, Water, Food & Beverage, or Energy Strong understanding of OT/IT convergence and industrial data workflows

• Awareness of AI/ML model lifecycle, training data needs, and performance evaluation (coding not required)

• Understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, digital architecture, and integration constraints in industrial environments
