We are looking for a degree-qualified Operations Executive / Operations Engineer to support and execute day-to-day operations, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth company workflow and execution.

This role suits someone who is organised, hands-on, and execution-focused, and comfortable coordinating across both engineering and business functions in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in daily operational execution

• Coordinate workflow across engineering, production, procurement, and logistics

• Assist in production planning, job tracking, and schedule coordination

• Support procurement and supplier follow-up

• Maintain basic operational documentation and reports

• Identify and support improvements to operational workflow and efficiency

• Support NPI and project execution activities

Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field

• Experience or strong interest in operations, manufacturing, or project coordination

• Able to work with both technical and non-technical teams

• Good organisational, communication, and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
