Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee mechanical assembly of high-precision equipment

• Manage and support daily production floor activities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings to ensure correct assembly and alignment

• Use basic CAD tools to view, check, and review mechanical drawings/models

• Guide and supervise 1–2 technicians in daily work

• Plan and coordinate daily production tasks, manpower, and priorities

• Ensure proper workmanship, alignment, quality, safety, and 5S standards

• Troubleshoot mechanical or alignment issues with engineering support

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing or related field

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment

• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and tolerances

• Basic CAD usage (e.g. viewing, measuring, checking parts/drawings)

• Comfortable working with precision parts and tight tolerances

• Experience as Senior / Lead Technician or similar role preferred
