Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements

• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)

• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them

• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs

• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology

• Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety

• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project

• Writing technical documentation for machine operators

• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations

• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team

• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules

• Responsible for mechanical documentation

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics)

• Experience working in the mechanical engineering field

• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs

• Ability to run simulations and analyse test data

• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation

• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• About 2 years field technical experience in Semiconductor environment. Other industrial with good equipment knowledge is welcome

• Experience in troubleshooting of PC base fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial

• Good knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting method/skill.

• Good knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
