Job Description

• Develop, create & update special processes and work instructions in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

• Design tooling, fixtures and gauges for the respective special processing.

• Conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates.

• Maintain and modify special processes currently in Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.

• Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.

• Liaise with Vendors on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.

• Participate and support continuous improvement projects to achieve operation excellence.

• Multi task other engineering-related duties as assigned

• Comply with control measure as defined in the Company Workplace Health and Safety Systems (WSH)

• Support in risk assessments and develop safe work procedures to meet WSH objectives and targets

Requirements

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Technology, or Diploma holders with minimum 5 years of experience.

• Good manufacturing experience.

• Good knowledge of raw material control, manufacturing processes and GD&T.

• Proficient in Solid works and/or AutoCAD will be a plus.

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

• Strong analytical and effective problem solving skill.
