Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Invoice Issuance and ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly maintained.
Banking of cash/cheque received promptly, record receipts in the ERP system to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Trade Finance Documentation
Monitor outstanding trade debts and follow up on collections.
Prepare periodic reports on debt aging and highlight overdue accounts.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent.
Detail-oriented with good time management and follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
