Key responsibilities:

• Prepare Board of Directors Meeting deck on quarterly basis

• Participate and provide strategic ideas for Mid-Term Plan on half-yearly basis

• Participate in corporate planning projects (local and regional) and provide analysis support to achieve business results/objectives

• Assist in strategic business planning process and prepare business analysis reports for management’s review

• Provide key analysis of strategic concepts plus financial assumptions along with feasible recommendations

• Partner with line managers to achieve business/process improvement initiatives

• Provide financial modelling solutions, data analytics and analysis to address complex business problems.

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholder to achieve business/process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other basic data handling tools.

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset, especially in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Fresh graduates or incumbents with maximum 2 years of work experience.
