Responsibilities:

• Update and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases and other departmental systems

• Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software

• Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity

• Design monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done

• Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine support services

• Make calls to allocated customers to maintain and strengthen existing relationships

• Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project

• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching

• Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media

Requirement:

• Degree in any discipline

• Industry experience in Decarbonization, Power/Energy /Optical Communications Test & Measurement

• Knowledge of instruments like optical spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meter and power analyzers

• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and managing accounts

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
